Po otrzymaniu formularza Tax Free możesz śledzić status swojego zwrotu online za pomocą Global Blue Refund Tracker. Do sprawdzenia statusu potrzebny będzie numer Doc-ID znajdujący się pod kodem kreskowym na formularzu Tax Free.

Tax Free Shopping with Global Blue

At our Wózki-Foteliki.pl store in Warsaw, we offer Tax Free Shopping in cooperation with Global Blue. Customers residing outside the European Union can benefit from a VAT refund on purchases that meet the Tax Free requirements. How does it work?

  • Make your purchase at our store and let our staff know that you would like to use the Tax Free service.
  • You will receive a Global Blue Tax Free form.
  • When leaving the European Union, present the purchased goods, your Tax Free documents, proof of purchase and passport to Customs for validation.

Once your Tax Free form has been validated by Customs, you can receive your refund using your preferred Global Blue refund method.

Tax Free for Online Orders

Customers placing an online order who wish to use the Global Blue Tax Free service are kindly asked to:

  1. Download the Global Blue app and create an account.
  2. Have their Shop Tax Free barcode (Global Blue barcode) ready in the app.
  3. When placing the order, enter in the “Order notes” field that they wish to use the Tax Free service and provide their Global Blue customer number/ID associated with their barcode in the app.

Please provide this information when placing your order at the latest, so that we can correctly prepare the Tax Free documentation.
